Went down to HoloVis this morning, who do 3D visualisation hardware etc. Not only are they going to make loads of VERY cool 3D projection hardware, video walls and a 37ft portable cinema dome available for our launch evening, but they’re also giving us £5000 so we now have enough to pay our race entry fee! In other news, the first batch of scale model towing tank tests are done (results, pics and videos online soon). Mark now has to refine the hull shape in time for the detailed hull testing in April. Things are really moving forward.

Big news today – Henri Lloyd have agreed to support us! Just had a meeting with their CEO, who loved the project and wants to be part of it. We talked about the supply of clothing, merchandise and even outfitting the interior of the boat with lightweight, waterproof storage made from their materials. Awesome!
