Norco GRP Ltd is a privately owned business which was established in 1985 in Poole, Dorset. They employ more than 150 people and specialise in Glassfibre / Composite mouldings for end users all over the world. They operate from four sites with an overall capacity of over 70,000 sq ft. Their team provides a complete service from inception and development of ideas through to plug and tool making to the final manufactured product which can include full assembly. Stringent quality procedures are adhered to throughout all stages of production. They hold ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 and Investors In People accreditations.

Their success is reliant on highly skilled employees, which is why eleven years ago they set up a separate company-funded, dedicated training facility.
